Uralic Language Family

The Uralic language family unites Hungarian, Finnish and Estonian, its most widely spoken members, with the numerically smaller Sami, Mordvinic, Mari, Permic, Ugric and Samoyedic branches spoken across northern Russia and Siberia. This group holds every Eurasian Language Families member whose sourced description identifies it as Uralic, Finno-Ugric or a named branch or classification hypothesis within that family, including the family's own disputed internal subdivisions such as the Finno-Permic and Finno-Volgaic proposals and its more distant, largely rejected Uralo-Siberian extension.
