The Apo Duat languages, also called Dayic, are a branch of the North Sarawakan languages within Malayo-Polynesian, spoken by the Kelabit, Lun Bawang and related peoples in the highlands of Sarawak, Malaysia, and North Kalimantan, Indonesia, on the island of Borneo. The branch divides into the Kelabitic languages, including Kelabit, Lengilu and Sa'ban, and the Lundayeh languages, including Lun Bawang and several closely related varieties; linguistic evidence suggests speakers settled these Borneo highlands between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries.
