Why this is disputed. Boro-Garo (Bodo-Garo) belongs within the Sal branch of Sino-Tibetan; it is linked directly to Sino-Tibetan here because the intermediate Tibeto-Burman and Sal nodes are not yet represented as their own entities in this atlas.
