The Trans-Araguaia languages are a proposed subgroup of the Northern Je languages, comprising three languages spoken west of the Araguaia River: Mebengokre, Kisedje and Tapayuna. Together with Apinaje, the Trans-Araguaia languages make up the Trans-Tocantins branch of Northern Je.
