The Nimboran languages are a small family of Papuan languages spoken by the Nimboran people in the Grime River and Nawa River watershed of Jayapura Regency. The family was once included in Stephen Wurm's broader Trans-New Guinea proposal, but reconstructed proto-Nimboran pronouns bear little resemblance to the proposed proto-Trans-New Guinea forms, leading linguist Timothy Usher to place it outside that family.
