The Middle Ramu, or Annaberg, languages are a small language family of Madang Province, Papua New Guinea, generally classified among the wider Ramu languages of northern Papua New Guinea, though Glottolog no longer accepts it as a valid grouping while the linguist William Foley continues to in his 2018 classification. Stephen Wurm's 1982 classification placed Rao and an Aian family, comprising Anor and Aiome, in a more distant relationship with Annaberg.
