The Yawa languages, also known as the Yapen languages, are a small family of two closely related Papuan languages, Yawa and Saweru, spoken on Yapen Island, Indonesia. Owing to their strong similarity, the two are sometimes considered divergent dialects of a single language, in which case that language would be a language isolate.
