Tabo, also known as Waia and previously recorded as Hiwi or Hibaradai, is a Papuan language of Western Province, Papua New Guinea, spoken just north of the Fly River delta in about ten villages. The name Tabo itself means word or mouth, while Waia is the name of one of the villages where the language is spoken.
