Bahuana, also called Ciriana, is an Arawakan language most closely related to Manao and Kariai, once spoken by the Shiriana and Bahuana peoples of Roraima, Brazil, and marked by an active-stative syntax. Its last speaker, Claudina de Souza Soares, died around 2000.
