Hispano-Celtic is a term for the forms of Celtic once spoken on the Iberian Peninsula before the Roman conquest. It covers a northeastern inland variety attested in the Celtiberian corpus, proposed to be called Northeastern Hispano-Celtic and universally accepted as Celtic, and a separate variety of the peninsula's northwest corner, proposed to be called Northwestern Hispano-Celtic, known from Latin inscriptions containing isolated Celtic words and sentences.
