The Oirata-Makasae, or Eastern Timor, languages are a small family of Papuan languages of uncertain placement within Trans-New Guinea, spoken in eastern Timor and on the neighboring island of Kisar. The family divides into an Oirata-Fataluku branch and Makasae, with member languages including Makasai, with its Makalero dialect, Fataluku, possibly including Rusenu, and Oirata.
