Australian Sign Languages

This group collects the Australian Language Families subcategory's sign language, Auslan, the language used by the majority of the Australian deaf community and related to British and New Zealand Sign Language, a manual-visual language unrelated to the spoken Pama-Nyungan and non-Pama-Nyungan families placed in this subcategory's other groups. Placement follows the member's own name identifying it as a sign language.
