The Garawan languages, also spelled Garrwan and also known as Yanyi, are a small family of Australian Aboriginal languages spoken in northern Australia across the Northern Territory and Queensland. The family comprises the Garawa and Waanyi languages together with the extinct Gunindiri, and its wider affiliation within a proposed Macro-Pama-Nyungan grouping remains uncertain.
