The Bati-Angba, or Bwa, languages are a clade of Bantu languages, covering roughly half of Guthrie's Zone C.40, comprising Bwa (also called Yewu or Benge-Baati), Pagibete, Kango, Bango and Ngelima (Angba). The linguists Derek Nurse and Gerard Philippson identify the group as a valid node and suggest it may in turn belong to a larger grouping with the Komo-Bira languages, called Boan.
