The North Bauchi languages, also called West Chadic B.2 or the Warji languages, are a branch of West Chadic within the Afro-Asiatic family, spoken in northern Nigeria's Bauchi and Jigawa states. The branch comprises ten languages, including Pa'a, Warji, Diri, Kariya and Miya, alongside the extinct Ajawa; speakers of some of these languages are noted for the chestharp, a fusion of the arched harp and the chest bow.
