Kehek was an Afroasiatic language spoken by the Kehek people of ancient Libya during the second and first millennia BC, attested only in a single hieratic papyrus of snake-magic incantations from Egypt's New Kingdom period, now held in Turin. It is the earliest written non-Semitic and non-Egyptian Afroasiatic language known, tentatively classified as Berber, though it carries no ISO 639-3 or Glottolog code of its own and left no other known texts.
