Kinyarwanda, officially known as Ikinyarwanda, is a Bantu language and the national language of Rwanda. It is a dialect of the Rwanda-Rundi language also spoken in Uganda, and is mutually intelligible with Kirundi, the national language of neighbouring Burundi.
